1) Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within the delivery day.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact
  • Documentation: Original receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase required
  • Customization: Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless defective

2) Non-Returnable Items

Please note: The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Custom-made or personalized products (unless defective)
  • Sale, clearance, or discounted items marked as (Final Sale).
  • Items that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer
  • Products returned after the 30-day window
  • Items without original packaging or tags

3) Return Process

Step-by-step guide:
  1. Contact Us: Email info@kemet.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Authorization: We will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
  3. Packaging: Securely package the item in its original packaging with all accessories
  4. Shipping: Send the package to the address provided with your RAN
  5. Processing: We will inspect the item and process your refund within 7-10 business days

4) Refund Methods & Timeline

Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times vary by payment provider:
  • Credit/Debit Cards: 7-10 business days
  • Bank Transfers: 5-7 business days

5) Shipping Costs

Return Shipping Policy:

  • Customer Choice Returns: Return shipping costs are the customer responsibility
  • Defective Items: We cover return shipping for items that arrive damaged or defective
  • Our Error: If we sent the wrong item, we will provide a prepaid return label

6) Exchanges

7) Damaged or Defective Items

Immediate Action Required: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the damage. We will arrange for immediate replacement or full refund, including all shipping costs.

8) Quality Assurance

All returned items undergo thorough inspection by our quality control team. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return criteria. In such cases, the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.
