• We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
• We may refuse or cancel orders due to suspected fraud, inventory limitations, or pricing errors.

5) Shipping & Delivery

We ship globally. Shipping fees, methods, and ETA are shown at checkout. Delivery times may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or force majeure. We are not responsible for delays after dispatch, but we will assist you in tracking and resolving issues.

6) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed guidance. In general, most items may be returned in the delivery day if unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Custom or personalized items are not eligible unless faulty. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
